Benq Release their new PDA phone, The Benq P50 . This PDA phone come with 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, this is standar camera phone I think. Features of this quad band (850/900/1800/1900MHz) phone include a QVGA (240x320 pixels) LCD touchscreen, an Intel PXA272 416MHz processor and packs-in 64MB of SDRAM and 64MB of Flash ROM, WLAN, GPRS, Bluetooth, IrDA, USB, and SDIO. This P50 using Microsoft's Windows Mobile 2003 . You can buy this PDA from $650.
