here's a product from NTT called Flet’s Phone VP2000 and it some kind of Tablet PC featuring speakers and a webcam! This phone offers a 12.1 inches (XGA), this VP2000 will give its owner access to mails, internet, video conference between similar products (through the 0.3 MPx webcam) also you can make video call via FOMA 3G technology (the compatibility with other brannds has not been confirmed). the Flet’s Phone VP2000 will welcome: l’IPv4/6, SIP, UPnP and PPPoE, available right now in Japan for ¥69000 (410€)
